Michael and Greg have already built two successful companies and turn their attention to making TMG Hawaii the premier DMC for the Hawaiian Islands.
With Michael’s decades of experience in both the hotel and incentive industry, he has the ability to understand and anticipate our client’s every need. Greg lends his expertise in finance and management to TMG Hawaii to increase productivity, organization, and motivate the staff toward performance and career goals.
Why start a third venture in Hawaii you may ask? Michael and Greg’s love for the islands combined with an understanding of the important role that Hawaii based DMCs play in the incentive industry, gave them the foresight to recognize the need for a higher level of customer service.
Nayana Heim
Vice President, Sales & Operations
There is no doubt that each program operated is guaranteed for success with Nayana at the helm. She is directly responsible for all program operations, building and maintaining client partnerships, and vendor relations. Nayana brings an exceptional level of knowledge and dedicated service to TMG Hawaii. As a resident of the Big Island for over two decades, her love for the hospitality industry and contacts in the Hawaiian Islands provide her with a unique and knowledgeable perspective to each of TMG Hawaii’s clients
Danny Breatchel
Vice President, Sales
Danny brings over 25 years of experience in Hawaii’s hospitality industry. He has served in various positions with Sheraton Hotels in Hawaii, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Stouffer Wailea Beach Resort, and Four Seasons Resort Maui. Danny was the first on-site employee for the pre-opening of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Big Island where he served as the Director of Marketing. After 13 years with Four Seasons, he was selected to manage the expansive oceanfront estate for a prominent “Fortune 50” family within the Kukio Golf and Beach Club private residential community, an extremely intimate and sophisticated level of luxury hospitality.
Danny joined TMG Hawaii as Vice President, Sales returning to his Hawaii travel roots. “I feel a natural fit with the TMG Hawaii mission of creating outstanding client experiences through sharing the vibrant culture and aloha of Hawaii, and a commitment of exceptional service by each team member. This is in tune with my own personal philosophy and approach”. Danny will be responsible for ongoing sales for TMG Hawaii.
Amber Ford
Director of Marketing
Amber has extensive experience in the DMC, airline, hotel and incentive industries. Living and working in Hawaii has given Amber the opportunity to know what visitors find so compelling about the islands. As marketing director, she manages and coordinates promotional and marketing activities to keep current and prospective clients up to date on what new and innovative ideas TMG Hawaii is creating. Her mission is to promote TMG Hawaii as your destination specialist for an over-the-top program experience.
Wendy Ottinger
Manager, Costing and Planning
Wendy’s fondness for Hawaiian culture has given her a true understanding of the nature of the Aloha spirit; which is apparent in the programs she custom designs for her clients. Having lived on the islands for many years, her local knowledge and creativity in theme development and implementation are the keys to her success. Wendy consistently brings exciting new ideas to the table and she has an incredible eye for making the impossible a reality.
Betsy Bright
Manager Administration and Staffing
Betsy has been in the destination management and hospitality industry in Hawaii for (39) years. Her acute attention to detail with costing, billing, staffing, vendor and office management, all while supporting the Vice President, Sales and Operations, makes Betsy an invaluable member of the TMG Hawaii team.

Lauren was born and raised on the island of Kauai. Her work in the hotel and DMC industry in Hawaii has given her a great customer service perspective. Along with deep regard for her relationship with clients and vendors, Laureen’s acute attention to detail explains her success. She goes the extra mile to implement a flawless program. She lives the Aloha Spirit and expresses it in everything she does. She has that “can-do” mentality.
Terri Knight
Account Manager
Terri has played an active role in the Hawaii Destination Management business for many years. Terri lives and works on the island of Maui. Through her many years of experience, she has worked throughout the state of Hawaii. Terri has garnered great vendor relationships and her hands-on approach to customer service wins rave reviews. She brings to TMG Hawaii her knowledge of the islands, exemplary program planning and exuberance to always achieve the goal set forth.
Jacque Kaui
Account Manager
Jacque, a native of Kauai, has been in the hospitality industry for two decades. Her career path has taken her from managing a transportation company, to serving as a services manager within the local airline industry, to managing programs for DMCs in Hawaii. With her winning smile, Jacque exemplifies the true spirit of Aloha toward everyone she meets.
