I just wanted to thank you (and your staff) again for an incredible week on Lanai. As always, you were a pleasure to work with on this program. I realize Lanai can be a challenging destination and I really appreciate your support and flexibility in helping ensure that we had another successful event. Despite much skepticism we were thrilled to be able to pull off our event on the Great Lawn and the final night at the tee box will leave everyone (including myself) with lasting memories of a truly remarkable, one-of-a-kind experience. So many attendees left us on Thursday saying that this was the “best Club ever!” We’ve officially raised the bar! Thanks for making everything run so smoothly on your end. I had all the confidence that you and the team would take care of everything and for that I am really grateful. You are a great partner and friend.

Please thank your wonderful team. It was a pleasure working with you again and I hope we have the opportunity to do it again sometime in the future.

In the afterglow of President's Club, I want to share with you how much of the credit for this program's success belongs to you and your team. I will be forever grateful to Unbridled Solutions for pairing us with TMG.

Over the years I have learned to appreciate the importance of the DMC's role and I have come to expect good service. Your team, however, could be the poster child for the difference between good and great.

All of the TMG representatives I met were capable and accommodating and worthy of mention - thank you to them all. And then there is Laureen.

I want to specifically express my gratitude for the great good fortune of having her assigned to our program. Laureen consistently went above and beyond in her execution of the tasks assigned to her. It is not just a matter of recognizing her organizational skills (which are impressive) but of appreciating the manner in which she interacted with us. She was available to us not only while officially on duty but virtually any time we had a concern or a question. She never gave the impression that any call or inquiry was an intrusion or was coming at an inconvenient moment. She was quite simply there for us...and always with a smile. Whether it was a lost phone or a flight delay, a request for an extra activity or making accommodations for a guest with mobility problems...absolutely everything was done with a "my pleasure" attitude.

We’ve barely recovered from our trip home but I wanted to let you know how great it was working with you and the entire TMG team. As I mentioned on site, it’s tough to find a good DMC and it’s nice to know we found one in Hawaii. They worked out very well. The group ended up loving the Swim With The Dolphins.  I have had many positive comments regarding the program.

Wanted to send you a note to tell you what an excellent job TMG Hawaii did on my recent program in Maui...

From the initial contact with Wendy to the execution by Nayana, Jacque and all of the support staff all was handled with class, an uncompromising “can do” attitude, detail that would put the military on notice and, of course, a sense of humor which, you know, is needed on programs like these when the hours are long, the temperature is hot and guests just don’t like to hear the phrase “no, you can’t cancel your activity without paying”! hah

We use the term “partner” when we deal with DMC’s and other vendors but the TMG Hawaii staff were more than partners they were part of our team which the client observed throughout the week and, I must also add that many of the guests made it a point to come to the desk after their activities to say what a special, unbelievable, breathtakingly beautiful experience they had and that speaks volumes about the first class vendors TMG Hawaii works with...

All of this is a reflection on our service to the client what we promise and they/you made us look good...no, great!

Well done and thank you for putting the A team on my program I so greatly appreciate it!!

I'm writing to commend the incredible support provided by your entire team at Trade-Winds Management Group, Ltd., Hawaii. The service level and attention to detail are unsurpassed. The creativity, advice and execution were spot-on. The attention to detail is beyond reproach. Our guests were delighted and so was management. The pivotal player here is of course, Nayana Heim. How does one say, “Wonder Woman” in Hawai’ian?

Among programs I’ve conducted across Europe and Mexico, our 2007 program on the Big Island of Hawai’I certainly ranks among the very best. This success is derived from your wonderful team. From the start the focus was on discovering my event requirements and immediately offering winning solutions that met my objectives.

During my first phone call with Wendy Ottinger, I was struck by the high level of customer service as well as an interest and willingness to accommodate a prospective client’s needs. In the face of extraordinarily short notice and a demanding list of site inspection requirements, I was placed directly in Nayana’s care. It was the best decision possible.

At every stage of planning and execution of this program, I felt sure that I was in the best hands, and when certain developments handed me challenges, Nayana stepped forward with solutions that proved my feelings right.

I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for everything Trade-Winds has done to make our program the resounding success it was. Special thanks to Nayana – and a nod of gratitude to the stars that aligned in such a way that brought you and her together.

A great big belated mahalo to the awesome TMG team that helped us create the best ever Circle of Excellence last month on the Big Island for their top 600 performers and guests.

We had an incredible on-site team in our partnership with TMG and our clients must have told me and Suzanne, our owner, more than a dozen times how well your crew worked together behind the scenes to make things happen for Hitachi. The customer service and friendliness of the TMG staff was noticed and appreciated everywhere.

TMG's ability to come up with options when the wind and rain did not cooperate was nothing short of miraculous. I know that we would have been rained out and in a boring ballroom if Nayana and Wendy were not in charge but instead we found ourselves in a lovely tent on the property of a "hard to rent" ranch house at NO COST and all of this was worked out before lunch time the day of the event.

We will look forward to working with TMG again many times and already have dates on the books!
